How the partner model works
Claimondo is a claim settlement platform for Kfz liability claimants. We consolidate incoming jobs from marketing, workshops, and lawyers and match each job to the right expert in the area. You receive jobs with full preparation — insurance details, damage photos, and workshop contact are already stored in the portal. We handle acquisition, initial contact, and invoicing.

We verify DAT expert no., BVSK membership, IHK or öbuv appointment against the registers — in parallel, without blocking your start.
What You Earn
The basis is the BVSK-Honorartabelle. You invoice based on damage amount — as in any standard liability claim. The opposing insurance covers the fee in accordance with §249 BGB; Claimondo handles the billing, the partner law firm the enforcement of the claim. The specific platform commission depends on assignment volume and region, and is discussed transparently in the initial consultation — we provide a sample calculation based on your last 12 months in advance.
Assignments are non-exclusive: your own direct assignments, BVSK referrals, and insurer listings continue in parallel. We are an additional channel, not a binding commitment.

The commission depends on assignment volume, region, and the selected package. We discuss the specific rate transparently in the initial consultation — you receive a sample calculation based on your last 12 months in advance. The BVSK-Honorartabelle is always the basis for negotiation.
Am I tied to Claimondo, or can I continue taking my own assignments?

You remain self-employed. Your own direct assignments, BVSK membership, insurer listings — all remain unchanged. Claimondo is an additional channel, not an exclusive commitment.
What requirements do I need to meet?

At least one recognised qualification: DAT-Expert, BVSK membership, IHK certificate, or public appointment (öbuv). Additionally: valid professional liability insurance, GoBD-compliant invoicing, and an active location in Germany.
How long does onboarding take?

After your region is activated: 7 to 14 working days. Steps include qualification verification, contract signing, portal setup, and a 30-minute live onboarding call. After that, the first assignments go live.
What software is used?

Orders, appointments, evidence photos, and expert report dispatch are managed via the Claimondo SV Portal (web + native app). Audatex integration is ready. Your own expert software (Audatex, Combiplus) can continue to run in parallel — we import the finished PDF.
How are invoicing and payment handled?

Claimondo handles invoicing directly with the opposing liability insurer under §249 BGB. You receive your fee via SEPA on standard payment terms — 14 days after expert report receipt, regardless of any insurer delay.
Can I adjust my region later?

Yes. You can update your radius and postcode list in the portal at any time. For expansions, we check whether the neighbouring region is available — reductions take effect immediately.
What happens to customer data? GDPR-compliant?

All customer data is stored GDPR-compliant on German servers (Supabase Frankfurt). You receive case data exclusively for the duration of processing; deletion is automated after case closure plus the statutory retention period.
