30-minute onboarding call, SV portal access, first assignments appear in your inbox. Acceptance or rejection of each assignment remains your decision.
The basis is the BVSK-Honorartabelle. You invoice based on damage amount — as in any standard liability claim. The opposing insurance covers the fee in accordance with §249 BGB; Claimondo handles the billing, the partner law firm the enforcement of the claim. The specific platform commission depends on assignment volume and region, and is discussed transparently in the initial consultation — we provide a sample calculation based on your last 12 months in advance.
Assignments are non-exclusive: your own direct assignments, BVSK referrals, and insurer listings continue in parallel. We are an additional channel, not a binding commitment.
Once your region is activated, onboarding takes 7 to 14 working days: we verify your qualification against the relevant registers (DAT, BVSK, IHK, öbuv chambers), send the partner agreement, set you up in the SV portal, and conduct a 30-minute live onboarding call. After that, the first assignments go live.
Currently 0 appraisers are on the waitlist. We onboard partners on a regional, staggered basis: only when assignment volume in a postal code region is viable (≥ 8 assignments / month) do we activate one or more appraisers. This ensures no partner is onboarded on empty promises, and every activated appraiser sees a workable volume from day one. Your position on the list is not "first come, first served" — we match primarily by regional demand and qualification mix.
